Purchasing and stocks

This one is repetitive, so instead of another example I will only point at two things. Stock levels come in through the Shopify connector, or from a CSV you drop in. Stock and purchases usually live in spreadsheets, and the spreadsheets are not going away.

Build a mini-app "Stock Watch". Read product stock levels from @connector:shopify (or a CSV I drop in), and mark each product green, amber or red against its reorder point. For anything red, draft a purchase order (supplier, quantity, cost) and ask me yes/no before emailing it to the supplier through @connector:gmail.

Two things are enough

This type of activity needs only two things:

1. a good web scraper;
2. a connector to Google Sheets.

With those you can set up an entire inventory, and a web scraper with good search terms goes everywhere and gets you what you need.

Normally I have to prove what I say. But we already have an agent skill, /inventory, and a lot of good auxiliary functions, so I will just point at something that is already proven. And if the connector you need is missing, say Shopify or Amazon, open a ticket: adding one usually takes about a week.

Compras e stocks

Duas coisas chegam

Este tipo de atividade só precisa de duas coisas:

1. um bom web scraper;
2. um conector para o Google Sheets.

Com isso consegue montar um inventário inteiro, e um web scraper com bons termos de pesquisa vai a todo o lado e traz-lhe o que precisa.

Normalmente tenho de provar o que digo. Mas já temos uma skill de agente, /inventory, e muitas boas funções auxiliares, por isso vou só apontar para algo que já está provado. E se faltar o conector de que precisa, como o Shopify ou a Amazon, abra um ticket: acrescentar um costuma levar cerca de uma semana.
